- Top Construction: One piece 3D laminate Thermovinyl wrapped over top and 4 edges, with radius corners and edges. Contract grade MDF core with minimum density of 45 lbs. Backer, white melamine
- End Panel Construction: TFL (Thermally Fused Low-pressure laminate/ melamine) panel with contract grade particle board, 45 lbs. minimum density. Edges are banded with PVC to seal all exposed core and to prevent moisture absorption.
- Drawer Front and Kick Plate Construction: One piece 3D laminate Thermovinyl wrapped over drawer faces, door faces and kick plate with Contract Grade MDF, 45 lbs. minimum density core.
- Drawer Construction: (1) Drawer boxes-four-sided, double dowelled, glued, and screwed jointed with a recessed 1/8” fiberboard bottom. Each box shall be vinyl wrapped and moisture sealed. Bottom in box will be glued and stapled to drawer box.( 2 ) With epoxy coated metal glides, drawer bottom and back are 1/2” thick white melamine.
- Doors: Soft closed European hinges used to prevent sudden slamming noise with varying degrees of swing dependent upon the case.
- Backs : (Bedside cabinet and Dresser) Full 3/4” thick white melamine for weight counter balance.
(Wardrobe)All shall have a 3/4” thick top rail that allows for installation to wall and combo of
3/4” and 1/8” thick back for rigidity.
- Rear Casters and Front Glides: All units shall have two rear nylon casters for ease of mobility and two front adjustable height glides for unit levelling.
- All units are vented in the back to assist in removing moisture and odors.
- All edges and corners are radius or softened to prevent serious Injuries In case of a fall and also
premature wear and tear.
- All tops, drawers, doors and kick plate can be easily replaced in the field.
