- Wood Bases: All hardwood shall be kiln dried solid lumber, premium grade selected free of visual and structural defects, species as specified per product. Bases come standard with adjustable height nylon glides for easy levelling of the table.
- Metal Bases: All steel bases are 14g to 16g steel with all welds ground smooth and polished to a flawless finish. Steel is coated with a baked on powder epoxy coating in a choice of colours. All cast iron bases have a die cast bottom section with a 16g steel column and finished in a black epoxy coating. Bases come standard with adjustable height nylon glides for easy levelling of the table.
- Top Construction: High Pressure laminate surface as specified with a contract grade particle core with minimum density of 45 lbs and a phenolic balance sheet on the underside. Edges to be pvc, wood, high density board or poly resin as specified per product.
- Standard Wood Finish Process: Standard finish shall be comprised of a high solid (over 40%), catalyzed, conversation lacquer offering superior resistance to abrasives and chemicals commonly found in a healthcare/hospitality environment. This material must be highly resistant to hot/cold checking and successfully tested to temperature ranges between 120 deg. F to –5 deg. F
